For schools that look at cGPA (i.e. Oz), how does this two degrees situation work? Do they take average or will the most recent cGPA weigh more?

Just got an email from the UofT's JD admissions people about the very same question. It's not a direct answer but better than nothing:

"The entire post-secondary academic record is considered, for which sometimes it is not possible to calculate a GPA, for e.g. from attending multiple schools. Regardless, the performance at each school is assessed on its own merits, and we review the actual transcripts even if a GPA calculation was possible. Therefore, the mechanics of a GPA calculation are not pertinent. Simply self-assess on whether your performance at each school was: below average, average, above average based on its own grading scale."

It's all undergraduate work and believe me I would have loved it to be only my second degree. You are required to disclose all undergraduate grades and a cgpa will be taken from there.
