Chances of transfer to an Ontario university

I'm a Canadian studying at a Russel Group university in the UK. I plan to transfer to a Canadian University after 2L. I was hoping someone could shed some light on my chances based on their experience or someone they know.

Did my undergrad in Canada with a CGPA of 2.9 and B2: 3.5.

Currently have a 2:1 in the UK which translates to a 3.4-3.7 in Canada.

Wrote the June LSAT which was my first attempt and got a score of 168.

I have compelling compassionate grounds for wanting to transfer to an Ontario University.

I also understand the stigma of UK students not having what it takes to get into Canada, in my case I never applied due to external circumstances at the time.

Would law schools look at the undergrad GPA with emphasis?

As I understand, my best chances are at windsor and osgoode due to compassionate grounds.

I plan to apply in 2022, not this year. Apologies for not being clear.
