OLSAS verifiers

Do the people you ask to be your verifiers need to verifier your performance, specific roles and duties. Or do they just need to verifier that you did in fact work there and the numbers you worked.

They are just verifying what you wrote  - employed there, volunteered there, won XX award, etc. They are not providing references unless you also listed them as a referee.
