Hello everyone! I was wondering what differences there are between OCI interviews and in firm interviews? Obviously they’ll be longer but will they have more interview type questions, like behavioural questions for example, instead of the informal chat format that the OCIs have?

It depends on the firm. A few I had in-firms with had a few standardised/behavioural questions peppered in during the conversation. Overall, they all felt pretty conversational.

The biggest differences I noticed were (1) having a lot of time to ask questions because the interviews are longer and (2) having a lot more questions based on my resume than in OCIs.
