Not sure if I will write the January LSAT. What should I select on OLSAS?

I just did the October LSAT and will be getting my score back a day after the OLSAS applications are submitted. 

I am unsure if I'll take the January LSAT, it all depends on what score I get on the October LSAT.

So, on the OLSAS LSAT - future test date column, should I select January? Or should I leave it until I get the score back and if I am not satisfied with, then email the law schools to let them know that I will be retaking it in January? 

Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
