When are recommendation letters due?

This is for schools on Ontario ONLY. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but the rules seem to be unclear on the OLSAS website. I've already submitted my application, but not my letters - any help appreciated!

November 1, as is clearly stated on the OLSAS website where it lists November 1, 2022 as both the “deadline for applications” and the “deadline for OLSAS to receive transcripts and references for first-year English applications”

OLSAS continues forwarding information received from references and any new transcripts to the schools after the deadline, and schools may still consider those documents, but the deadline is yesterday.
