Title says it all. I have a cGPA 3.94, B3 3.95 and was PTing in the 167-169 range. Massive anxiety throughout the test hence my 163. My top choice is Osgoode. Is it worth re-doing? Would a jump to say a 166-167 do anything substantial for my app?

Yes, a jump to a 166-167 would substantially strengthen your app. Whether this strengthening is worth retaking the test is a different question. If you want to maximize your chances of getting into Osgoode and you are reasonably confident that you will score a 166-167, then you might want to retake.

Edit: this being said, you might still have a good change to get in with a 163. I’ll defer to Osgoode students/grads to tell you more here.

I wouldn't retake it. A 163 3.94cgpa is really good. The marginal difference between a 163 and 166 isn't worth the effort given your current stats.
