How many summer students does BLG toronto hire?

I'm confused because their website says 15-18, their current articling student size is 23, and ultra vires reported apparently last summer it was 30.

Can't speak for BLG specifically, but it's all a bit variable - firms give out many more offers as compared to the number of students they are looking to hire, knowing that many will accept the offer, but many will also decline the offer. That's why there generally isn't an exact number that the firms can target every single year.
