Credits and program switches... how does it work?

Basically, I've been in undergrad for 6 years and have switched programs a couple of times. When they say they want at least 3 years of undergrad, do they mean in one program or would I still qualify since I've accumulated 6 years worth of credits in different programs? I am technically in the second year of my current program, however with past credits and all of that I'm also taking third and fourth year courses, and I am set to graduate in December 2023.

It might depend on the school, but I think it's safe to assume that by "at least 3 years of undergrad" they generally mean "at least 3 years worth of post-secondary credits at the undergraduate level"
