I have heard that a few biglaw firms pay their associates the same nationwide, can anyone confirm?

Not all first year associate salaries are listed on NALP, especially for markets outside TO, and I'm not sure how else you are supposed to find out!

I only know of Cassels doing this (and that info is on NALP).
