Applying to UofC and UofA, I have strong work experience, achievements and non-academic activities. I am rewriting lsat in January. What do you think the chances are as I stand?

I think it'll come down to how well you do on the January LSAT. I'm an applicant too so take this all with a grain of salt, but just based off historical admissions data your stats might not be quite high enough to merit a proper look at your personal statement/resume. Bumping the LSAT up to the high 160s would get you a foot in the door in that respect.

I had a 3.4/162 and was waitlisted at UofA, rejected at Calgary and accepted at TRU. This was some years back and admissions have become harder in the meanwhile. You likely have a decent shot at TRU if you would consider applying
