Oct LSAT was 156, Nov is 162, hopefully Jan will be higher but want chances for my current stats. Couple of good letters of recommendation and I think my personal statement was fairly good. Applied to Osgoode, UofT (lol), Western, Uni of Ottawa, Queens, Windsor, Lakehead and TMU, but really hoping for Osgoode. Majored in Criminology at UofT, graduated 2022, my 2nd year was my worst gpa wise (2.7) and I steadily improved it, idk if they care about that though. Not too much job experience besides a research position and some customer service.

Your B2 and L2 per OLSAS conversion?

B2 and L2 is 3.43. Do you think they care about which specific courses I did poorly in? Thought taking a minor in Cinema would be easy grades, turns out they were the hardest courses in my undergrad lmao, so most my Criminology and Legal Studies courses are A's, but it's Cinema courses that are bringing my GPA down.

I'd say no. They may just judge your taste in movies.

To answer your initial question with my unqualified opinion, Windsor, Lakehead, and maybe TMU would be your best bets. If you are able to bump that LSAT to 165 or above then you could potentially throw Western and Queen's into the mix along with Ottawa. I would guess that UoT and Osgoode aren't likely with your current stats.
