If we don’t factor in the province someone is willing to practice in, which one of these two schools is better In terms of overall employment prospects/success.

Milk in Western Canada tastes vastly inferior to milk in Eastern Canada. The calculus shifts heavily in favour of DAL if you value good tasting milk.

This is absolutely true, but West Coast Hazy IPAs are the nectars of the gods, and you can hardly find any decent ones in Eastern Canada. Tie game.
