Recruiters hiring for big law corporate positions

Does anyone have any recruiters they would recommend for someone who practises at a national law firm who is trying to go to Toronto to practise at a similar styled law firm? I am currently an Articling student hoping to move after I am called.

Biglaw people should chime in but I have always been under the impression that recruiters are really only helpful for established Calls looking to move from a firm to in-house or similar. I don't know if law firms use recruiters for new Calls - seems they'd have enough applicants without that extra cost.

Law firms use recruiters all the time. Check the Ontario Reports and see who is advertising. ZSA has several pages of ads looking for associates in this week's edition.

I know of several lawyers who found lateral positions through recruiters (ZSA comes to mind) over the last few years. You could also try directly contacting the associate programs/recruitment team at firms you are interested in.
