Chances based off acceptance to Osgoode?

If i got into Osgoode in mid December, what do you think the chances of getting into UBC or UVIC? I don't want to move away from home all the way across Canada to Toronto. I'm an Indigenous applicant.

I think chances for both are high considering they both have Indigenous stream but cant be sure without gpa and lsat
