Just submitted health/medical documentation — any experience with this?

I made a mistake and didn't state my ADHD diagnosis on my initial application. Realizing I should have, I just uploaded proof of my diagnosis on OLSAS.

Does anyone have experience submitting health/medical documentation this late in the game?

Each school will have different requirements for disability-related documentation. Where did you apply? Most of them ask for a separate personal/diversity statement to discuss the challenges you faced as a result.

Everywhere in ON. Is the worst case that they just don’t consider me disabled/diverse (in this specific way)? Basically is the worst case that they just ignore my documentation? Because that’s fine, next year I will submit with the correct statement, just because it’s so late in the cycle, I do not believe I can upload a statementBasically is the worst case that they just ignore my documentation? I would reach out to the schools directly if I were you. Maybe some schools might still accept it because you technically submitted your app on time
