Hi all,

Curious to know if anyone has any experience writing the LSAT with accommodations based on disabilities (anxiety, visual impairment, chronic pain, etc).

Would like to know about your experience in terms of application and getting approval.

Thank you.

I applied for accommodations for my LSAT. It was a pretty simple application. You just have to go through your LSAC account and there is an option to apply for accommodations when you register for the LSAT. It’s a standard form you can fill out and it’ll have options in areas you may struggle (reading, writing, time, extra breaks).

For me, I got documentation from my GP and my counsellor that I submitted to LSAC. They approved it within a week I believe. When I applied for a second LSAT, I didn’t need to redo my accommodation application. They just added it to my new LSAT.

Hope this helps!
