"Incomplete" application because of current classes

Is anyone stuck with an "incomplete application" because they are currently enrolled in classes? I am concerned because I have finished my undergrad degree, and am currently taking one course of continuing education. Because of my current course, my transcript is not "final." Is anyone else having this problem? I've contact admissions but would like some more clarity.

Not sure if this helps but I was accepted in my third year and because they haven’t received my final transcript from this semester my application still shows up as incomplete. I guess this just means that your status doesn’t need to be “complete” for them to make a decision. Hope this clears something up.
