Hi all,

Considering my stats, do I have any reasonable prospects of being accepted to any of the Canadian programs? To give a little bit of background, I'm a working professional in my 30's with lots of experience in both government and tech. I have a few certifications, and have LOR's from some pretty influential people in both business and philanthropy. I had a rough first year of university due to extenuating circumstances, but I think i did a pretty decent job of explaining it in my personal statement. After first year, my grades have an upwards trajectory, having received no less than a B in any course. My EC's are decent, but I haven't done much volunteering. I was accepted to several pretty good US schools with sizeable scholarships, but would much rather stay in Canada if I were to be accepted. I applied to Windsor, TRU (their GPA calculation gave me a B+), Queens, TMU, Lakehead, Ottawa, and UM.
