Average 1L summer salary in Ontario

Hey, I am very fortunate to be going into law school this fall. I was just wondering what the average 1L summer salary in Ontario is at big law firms, I understand these positions are super competitive and hard to obtain but for those of you had secured a position previously or know what the expected salary would be, do you mind shedding some light on this?

Standard for Big Law is $1,900 in Toronto, although Davies pays $2,250. Mid law and some boutiques pay between $1,200-$1,900.

I thought that was for 2L summer. Is it the same pay for both 1L and 2L summer then?

Yup. Articling pay too, for the big firms at least.
