due to unique circumstances , I'll have the opportunity to take property and a real estate and or tenant/landlord course at the same time.

Is this advisable?

does one need a strong based in property law for either of these courses

thanks

You won’t need to really understand property law for either of those courses.

Property law is mainly a legal history course that at best touches on the statutory systems that have largely overtaken the common law. Both courses will focus on the current statutory frameworks.

Not relevant at all, but its nice to see one of the greats from LS back here and quickly establishing a name for himself as a helpful commentator. 👍
