UVIC vs. Robson Hall

Hi All.

Would appreciate any insight into my situation from someone who may have made a similar decision. I have been accepted to Robson Hall as well as UVic and I am stuck deciding between the two.

For context, I am a KJD from MB who has never been far from home. I would need to relocate my life significantly for both of these schools (but obviously Vic is farther). My partner will be moving with me. UVIC has been a dream school for me & I am interested in pursuing Indigenous/criminal law and do not see myself entering corp. law. I would probably like to come back to MB after graduation but I am not stuck on that.

My main apprehensions are due to the COL on the west coast as well as being far from my support systems who are important to me. Which school will better serve my interests and career prospects? As well, is it wise to relocate so far for school? I feel excited but terrified at the same time at the prospect.
