Jobs asking for transcripts?

I was browsing LinkedIn and saw McCarthy's and Fasken advertising associate roles (3 year post-call and 6 year post-call) and in the job post, they both required law school transcripts. Is there a reason why these big law firms still ask for transcripts? I can't imagine transcripts being relevant 6 years into practice.
