i completed my articles in litigation but i've realized that it is not my calling and i'd prefer being a solicitor. i very much enjoy employment law (the drafting part) but i've decided against this as litigating stresses me out.

there are not a lot of jobs out there for junior commercial/corporate/real estate solicitors. i also do not have directly transferable skills - other than client management, drafting, etc.. any tips on how i could stand out? thank you!
