I'm doing the June 2 (Solicitors)/June 13 (Barristers) exams. So far I've been reading through Solicitors. I will begin reading through Barristers tomorrow. After I've gotten through that material I plan on doing practice tests. Any advice on what I might be able to do differently? Also: where are these indexes I've heard so much about?

Indices are just glossaries that help you find terms and concepts in your materials. Generally they are arranged in alphabetical order and by section.

Once the UofT indices are available and you're done reading, try using the indices with a practice exam. If you're finding it difficult to navigate your materials, try another practice exam with your detailed table of contents. Figure out which you're more comfortable with and then keep practicing.
