Just got my 1L grades back. Would appreciate anyone’s opinion on the competitiveness of my grades for the Vancouver / Calgary 2L recruit?

Constitution A- (84)

Criminal  A- (81)

Legal Research & Writing B+ (78)

Torts B (76)

Contracts B (76)

Property B (76)

Law Legislation and Policy B (74)

Average 78% (B+)

Congrats on a successful 1L!

Based on grades alone, from what I've seen through friends and myself, for Vancouver recruit you would likely get most OCIs you apply to. Granted, your work experience, cover letter/resume, and demonstrable interest in firms can be important too. 🙂
