How are B+'s viewed for 2L Recruit?

I received 5 B+'s, and a few A's. How would my grades be viewed for the purpose of 2L recruit? I have decent work experience and good ECs during law school.

You will get plenty of OCI offers with those grades. You should not be worried at all, provided you have good application materials including a well written cover letter, you won’t be out of the running for any firm.
