Looking for a roommate

Hey guys, I'm an incoming 1L at UOttawa, and I'm looking for a roommate (ideally another law student). I've secured a place, here's some more info: 

- it's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in centertown, about a 20 minute walk from the law school. There are lots of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby

- The rent for each person is 775$, and we also each have to pay for utilities (which come out to anywhere from 60-100ish$ a month depending on the season)

- it's quite spacious, and each bedroom is about 10 x 12 ft

- the place comes FURNISHED

- move in date can be anytime in August (I personally plan on moving towards the end of the month)
