Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for the 2bed/2bath apartment I'm currently renting.

Here is a list of the main features of the apartment/building in which it is located:

  • New building (2 years old)
  • In close proximity to Fauteux Hall (10min. walk)
  • Numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within walking distance
  • Scenic views from rooftop terrace and from apartment
  • In-unit washer/dryer
  • Exercise room on main floor
  • Monthly rent of $1,325 per person
