Chance me for U of T and Osgoode? cGPA: 3.88 LSAT: 164

As the title says, cGPA: 3.88 (OLSAS) LSAT: 164 (First attempt this past June) B2/L2: 3.97 B3: 3.88. Not bad softs, in my opinion: President of philosophy society, a pre-law member, mooted once or twice, volunteered for student accessibility services, got a paper published in the school philosophy journal, dean's scholarship among some others, and was paid to help with a PhD candidate's work (social change in theatre). That same candidate is writing a letter of rec; I will be looking for another from a philosophy professor (my major). As for consistent work, I have been a full-time server each summer since I started university; I needed to save for rent and other expenses, but I wish I had worked in a field more relevant to law, and I hope my work experience doesn't hurt my chances. Anyway, I am from Toronto originally, and I will need to live at home to budget law school, so I am only planning on applying to Osgoode, U of T, and TMU, but I would prefer one of the former two since TMU's law school is so new. What are my chances?

Osgoode would be a dream, but I don't think I could say no to U of T if I could somehow sneak off a waitlist. As for TMU, I have no clue what one could even expect...
