Hi!

Im averaging at a practice LSAT score of 162 with an undergrad GPA of 4.0, what are my chances for UofT or UBC?

UofT has a pretty handy tool so you can see the competitive GPA's and LSATs for admission in each particular year. GPA wise, you're golden. LSAT wise, you'd likely need to improve by a few points in order to be competitive. Have a look here: https://www.law.utoronto.ca/jd-admissions-policies. It'll be better than any of us spitting out a random % figure to you.

I have similar stats to you. In my case, I was admitted to UofT law on the first day of calls for the 2022 cycle with a 164 LSAT and a 3.95 OLSAS undergrad GPA. I did have decent ECs and CV (public speaking awards, work experience, student government, etc) -- but nothing too crazy.

Based solely on that, I think you stand a decent chance even with the 162, if your ECs are strong. Boost your score by two more points and I think you will move into "likely" category.
