Hello! Does anyone have any information regarding how we can find out what the articling student pay is at each firm? Will the firm itself share that information during the recruit or interviews, or maybe when they send out offers?

It'll be on your offer letter. Firms might disclose during interviews when you ask, but that's not a guarantee. 

Best bet is just to ask current students. I find most people are pretty open to sharing.
