Failed Summer Barrister Examination Profile/results?

For those who have failed the most recent summer Barrister exam (May 2023), I was wondering if anyone has received their Profile yet? Haven't received mine and I've checked my mailbox every day.

LSO states on its website that the Profile will be mailed to the address on file in your online account approximately 3 business days after the date of the result message but it's been 2 weeks now. Would be nice to have some info/context to help with studying for the November sitting. Sent a message last week through the Portal as well and haven't received a response.

Update: received it in the mail. Very delayed delivery.
