Hillside apartments

Thoughts on hillside apartments? Has anyone lived there, if so how has your experience been? Is it a safe area to live?

Not the best location in my opinion. Within a one-block radius you've got a shelter, a safe injection site, and the Rideau-King Edward intersection (the Rideau LCBO in particular attracts all sorts of characters). In reality it's probably fairly safe, but if you're asking "is it a safe place to live", that tells me that you might be more comfortable in a quieter area.

I live down the street at Rideau and Cobourg. I just moved from Halifax, and while there are some homeless people walking around (yes, the shelter is right on the corner), just two blocks away are gorgeous homes with expensive cars, etc. It is just these few blocks on Rideau because of the accessibility of the shelter and safe injection site. I feel totally safe living here, and walking to school, etc. PS. I walk downtown all the time, and I have never felt unsafe.
