Chances (UBC, UVIC, UofT)

CGPA -3.87 (OLSAS SCALE) OR 86.11( ubc with drops) 

LSAT -173 

Weak softs etc 

Chances and also any recommendations for so called safety schools

You're likely getting into one of them. Pretty much every other law school has lower admissions stats, so recommending a "safety school" isn't really necessary.
