Are Withdrawn courses on transcript counted in OLSAS GPA?

I have one W on my transcript and someone just told me OLSAS counts it has a failed course? Can someone please confirm this ASAP!!

I've never heard of something like that. Many people have withdrawals on their transcripts.

Now if it was a withdraw-fail (which has its own abbreviated signifier) then that would be different.
