I'm applying to all the Ontario schools, but my hope is one of Western, Queens, or Osgoode (which I know is a stretch).

I have good references, a lot of work experience, and a ton of volunteer experience too.

You should be good for Queen's or Western.

Osgoode isn't out of the picture since they are a little unpredictable and people with your stats do get admitted to Osgoode. Write a good PS and who knows what could happen.

Yeah, I know I should always keep my hopes up for any school.
