Switching to L&E from General/Commercial Lit

Anyone know the difficulty of switching from general/commercial lit in Big Law to management side L&E in Big Law and/or a boutique?

It's not that difficult. You will need to brush up on the substantive law but litigation is litigation.

I've seen people do it. Employment law is mostly a specialized litigation practice for most people.

Yeah. I'd say the inverse is difficult, but this should be doable with even light networking.
