Generally speaking, no.

We sometimes did a gift in kind, or something to show appreciation, especially if it was a good year.  But formal bonus program, no.

To the extent these exist they’re so small that they’re not worth thinking about. I think there is a December/holiday bonus to our students in the amount of $500. After payroll deductions it’s barely noticeable.
