Hi all! I submitted my application recently and I just checked my portal to see that I have a new to do listed which is 'Proof of Canadian citizenship'. The status says 'initiated' but I am wondering if I have to submit the document (somehow?) or is the institution able to receive it (somehow)?

Context that might help:

  • I received my Canadian citizenship in 2018/2019.
  • I started my undergrad at uofc in 2018 and graduated this year.
  • I have my citizenship status recorded as Canadian in my uofc student portal.

When I was applying last year, their system had similar issues. Just send them an email with a scan copy of your passport attached and you should be good.
