Attended the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus 

My CGPA is a little lower as a grandparent passed away during my first year first semester first year exam period , but I have had an upward trend since. 

Good SOFTS 

REPLIED EVERYWHERE IN ONTARIO 

No LSAT as of yet, but testing at around 158-160 (What type of LSAT would I need to stay competitive)

Little nervous as it's my first application cycle and have no idea how I would fare. 

QUESTION - I have 2 good Academic reference letters do I need a non-academic?

You need a non-academic reference if the school requests it. Off the top of my head I think Windsor wants a non-academic reference. 

As for chancing you, it'd help to know where you planned to apply.
