Does U of T care about or consider pass/fail grades?

I took a mandatory pass/fail class in my third year, as well as a discovery credit (non-graded that is taken for "exploration" outside of one's major) that was pass/fail in my fourth year. Does U of T look down on this?

If it's just one or two then no they don't care, and neither do the other schools
