Hi everyone,

I'm applying to schools this cycle and would like some feedback. I graduated from the University of Guelph last year and ended with a less than stellar cGPA of 77.15% and an 80.4% in my last two years (also best two years). Using the OLSAS GPA calculator, my last two years give me a 3.45 GPA. Yikes. And my cGPA is a 3.12. Do schools use this converted GPA?

I don’t have any good reason for the low GPA, rather than too much partying and a lack of focus. Although, I did enter the program as an economics and finance major, then switched to marketing for my final two years. Evident by my transcript, my marks saw an increase.

I scored a 167 on my LSAT and I believe my personal statement and LORs to be strong. Although I’m uncertain as to whether I should refer to my GPA in my personal statement. Maybe discuss switching majors? My softs aren't anything special but I'm currently working at a law firm.

I'm wondering what my chances are for Queens and Western. Those are my top picks.

Thanks :)
