Wondering if my chances are still relatively good for UofT with a lower-range LSAT. 

 

Science undergrad with some relevant law-related experience, volunteering experience.

I got in a few years ago with a 162 and 3.96 - I think you have a good shot especially if your personal statement is good

164 is their 25 percentile, 4.0 GPA is as good as it goes. You are totally going in barring some major blunder in PS.
