Which schools do not require letters of references? Assume applying in general category.

U of Alberta and U of C, although the latter was indicating that the change towards having no need of references was in response to COVID, so I am not 100% sure if the policy will continue.

Fwiw, Université de Montréal didn’t require references last time I checked, and I believe this is also true of the other French civil law schools in Quebec (UQAM, Laval, Sherbrooke). McGill does, though.
