Chances: CGPA: 3.54 (OLSAS), L2: 3.84, LSAT 158. Windsor, Ottawa, TRU, Western, Manitoba

I was wondering if I have a chance of being admitted to any of these law programs? I also hold an MBA with a CGPA of 3.93/4.0. Additionally, I have worked as a TA and volunteered with a committee at my previous university. All of my references are academic in nature. Furthermore, during my undergraduate degree, one of my immediate family members had a severe illness, which caused a major disruption in both semesters of my first year, hence my low CGPA. I have all the necessary documentation to support my claim and was wondering if it is appropriate to apply under the special access category at Ottawa?
