CGPA: 3.34B2/L2: 3.75 | LSAT: 166 (taking again on Friday and aiming for a 170).

I applied to all Ontario schools but I badly want TMU or Oz. 

Not gonna lie I have amazing ECs, LORs, PS, and also a master's degree in policy. I know my CGPA isn't good but does my LSAT make up for it?

U have high chance tbh for Oz. Your lsat is top notch. Good L2 and if you have that experience you should be good. Oz is one school I can say - Oz person here, very holistic in admissions. You honestly should be good. Can’t speak for TMU unfortunately
