Forgot to report a school + transcript

One summer, I took a university course for an government funded, going abroad learning program. I didn't transfer the course at all or use the credits for my degree, and totally forgot about it until now.

I know schools want you to report all institutions + transcripts - what can I do? Am I screwed?

I also did this - forgot about a summer course at another institution entirely until OLSAS messaged me. They just added the school and alerted me to send the transcript. Not a big deal. You can probably message them and just say you need it add it.

Happened to me this week! For out of Ontario schools, just explain the situation and attatch an unofficial transcript. Most schools accepted it and just added it to my application! Other schools wanted me to send an official transcript and that was it. I didn’t contact olsas but I just added the program since we are allowed to edit that after applying and requested an official transcript. Good luck!!
