I would consider my softs very strong: president of program society for 2 years during undergrad; volunteer experience with Autism Ontario; college diploma from Humber in Paralegal Education (96% GPA); 10 years of full/part-time work as a cook in kitchens; and law office experience. 

Wrote my PS about wanting to go into disability law to advocate for people who have been sidelined/marginalized. My brother has autism and I connected my PS to him and my personal experiences.

You seem to have a solid shot at admission to both schools. I had a slightly lower OSLAS cGPA and the same LSAT score, and I ended up being waitlisted by Oz while getting accepted by uOttawa last year. Your experiences and the way you likely articulated them in your PS undoubtedly strengthen your application. Wishing you the very best in this application cycle
