Index Score of 79.22 for U of M. Is this competitive/chances for admission?

It took me a long time to complete the conversion of my grades from 4.0 to their AGPA scale, but I'm landing at an index of 79.22. Can anyone tell me if this is competitive for admission at Manitoba? The AGPA works out to 3.83, lsat is a 164.
